Colin Moses

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Colin Moses brings visionary leadership and extensive expertise in strategic humanitarian initiatives. His proactive approach and unwavering dedication have been instrumental in setting Windward Aid’s agenda for community recovery, economic resilience and sustainable infrastructure. Colin’s ability to cultivate strategic regional and international partnerships has significantly amplified the organisation’s impact, including its expansion from Hurricane Beryl recovery into the Jamaica response after Hurricane Melissa.

Marvin Fraser

Chief Operating Officer

Marvin Fraser is a dynamic leader deeply committed to Caribbean community resilience and humanitarian excellence. He combines a strong background in strategic planning and organisational leadership with a Master’s degree in Communication Policy and a Chartered Management Institute qualification in Strategic Management and Leadership. His career in digital transformation complements his passion for humanitarianism, field logistics and crisis response. Marvin has helped guide Windward Aid from emergency response into sustained long-term development, supporting large-scale aid operations, partner coordination and culturally relevant regional response.

Valentine Fraser

Senior Advisor and Board Member

A seasoned banking professional and former senior executive at First Caribbean, Valentine Fraser serves as a senior advisor and board member for Windward Aid. He is currently a Board Director at the Grenada Authority for the Regulation of Financial Institutions, and brings deep experience in financial governance, economic strategy and corporate oversight. His involvement strengthens Windward Aid’s stewardship, transparency and accountability — all essential to donor confidence, effective project implementation and sustainable regional growth.

Daniel Lewis

Trustee and Agricultural Advisor

Former Chief Agricultural Officer, Daniel Lewis brings exceptional agricultural expertise to Windward Aid as a trustee. With more than 30 years of dedicated service in Grenada’s agricultural sector, he has helped shape the development of the banana and plantain industries and has supported key associations for sea moss and soursop producers. His knowledge strengthens Windward Aid’s work in agricultural recovery, rural livelihoods and community empowerment across disaster-affected communities.
